If you're struggling with fear related issues, we're here to help. I specialize in helping people into sober living as a way to manage their fears in a productive way. God allows us to have healthy fears, and kept in proper context, they can be effective tools to manage our lives instead of debilitating obstacles that render us ineffective and prohibit our growth. Relying on our faith in God instead of our own self-sufficiency, will always put our fears in their proper perspective. We have a sober house that can help if needed.
Depression is often an emotional overreaction to external influences that makes sober living difficult to enjoy. In our sober house, life engaging activities help you to overcome depression in a group setting. We come along side to help you develop a perspective that focuses more on your eternal position as opposed to your earthly or natural condition. We offer scriptural-based discussions that have been proven to help overcome depressive thing patterns.
If you've experienced trauma, a sober house is important to seeking spiritual help along with other sober living applications. Learning to see the trauma(s) as learning opportunities and placing them in an spiritual and altruistic context, not only emphasizes what someone or something meant for harm, God can use for good, as he works all things together for the good of those who love Him. We have seen time and again throughout human history that our former and present sufferings are not worth comparing to the glory that will be revealed in us as we persevere.
